This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Carolina Defense Tactics ("Company") and the individual accessing or using our services ("Client").

4. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Carolina Defense Tactics, including but not limited to videos, instructional materials, and resources, are protected by intellectual property laws and are for personal use only. The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written consent from the Company.
5. Confidentiality
Any information shared by the Client during the course of the services will be kept confidential by Carolina Defense Tactics. The Company will not disclose or use such information for any purpose other than providing the services, unless required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Carolina Defense Tactics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our services. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims or liabilities.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, the Client shall no longer have access to Carolina Defense Tactics services.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Carolina Defense Tactics and the Client and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.
10. Modifications

By using Carolina Defense Tactics services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
11. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are eligible for consideration under the following circumstances: Defective Product: If the product purchased is found to be defective or malfunctioning upon receipt. Service Discrepancies: If the service provided does not meet the expectations outlined at the time of purchase.Unavailability of Service: If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to fulfill the service as promised. Refunds may not be applicable in cases of customer misuse, damage caused by the customer, or failure to adhere to product/service instructions. Refund Process: To initiate a refund request, customers must contact our customer service team within [30] days of purchase.
